One way we are doing this is through the “Best. Effort. Always.” vision. We expect each student at Ford to show us his or her best effort each and every day. It isn’t about the final mark… it is about the growth from where ever he/she starts. We are working towards building “grit” and having the ability to keep trying when work is tough.
